THE STORY...
"This porch needs a bedswing" I said to my husband as we first looked at the house that we ended up buying in Greenville. So soon after we bought the house I got to work designing one. I wanted a design that felt timeless yet special, one that would feel at home on any style house. The arches add a visually soft element to the back while providing support and the rope trim on the edges adds fun detail.
Adding a bedswing to the porch created a space that is an extension of our home. We use it in the fall and curl up with hot tea and blankets, spring time finds at least one of us napping on the swing and its the perfect spot for early morning coffee during the hot summer months. We ended up loving it so much we built another for our back yard!
